The firm, formerly Carroll and Green Inc., was created in 2005 by Craig Green and Colin Carroll. Over the past few years, the firm has evolved and grown into its present day form of two partners. Our business philosophy is to provide exceptional client service in a timely manner. Our clients are primarily located in Atlantic Canada; however, we service clients in various other regions of Canada. We pride ourselves on being highly accessible in an ever changing technological world; therefore, we are not limited to just the local market.

Business ConsultancyIn 2004, Craig Green began practicing with Colin Carroll Chartered Accountant where he concentrated his efforts in the “small business” area of the practice. He assists his clients with their wide range of service needs including tax planning and compliance, financial management, and business advisory services.
Craig’s experience over the years has given him a wide range of knowledge in all aspects of business. He is admired by all his clients and continues to provide them with exceptional service.

Administrative Assistant/ReceptionistBedford was incorporated as a town on July 1, 1980. On April 1, 1996, Bedford was amalgamated with Halifax, Dartmouth, and Halifax County Municipality to form the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) for the municipal level of government however the place name still exist for 911, mail, legal and other services.
The mayor of Bedford at the time of amalgamation, Peter J. Kelly, would later serve as mayor of HRM from 2000 to 2012. The first mayor of Bedford was Francene Cosman.
Macleans Magazine rated Bedford as being the "Best Community to Live in Canada," in an issue dated March 23, 1997.
