John E. Feeney, CPA, CA
PartnerJohn - Proud to hail from Bath NB, John graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1980 and achieved his CA designation in 1983 having received the highest marks in Nova Scotia. He joined the firm in 2001 after 12 years with KPMG, two years in private industry and six years as a sole practitioner. John serves a variety of clients in accounting, audit, financing, start-ups and business and strategic planning.

Jennifer Ward, CPA, CA
PartnerJen graduated from the Fredericton campus of the University
of New Brunswick in 2008, and joined AC Bringloe Feeney fresh out of
university. She attained her CA designation in 2011. A native of the Fredericton area, in her spare
time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her young sons, dogs (and
husband!).
Besides being an accountant and auditor, Jen is
also a trusted business advisor. Our clients appreciate her concern for
the success of their business. She takes the time to understand what is
important to them - including their goals, challenges and opportunities.
Jen is a member of the AC Group Accounting
Standards Committee, the AC Group Executive Committee, holds the President
position on the Associated Alumnae of the University of New Brunswick Executive
Council, and is the Treasurer of the Fredericton Therapeutic Riding
Association. A proud UNB grad, Jen also sits on the UNB Fredericton Senate and
the Board of Governors.

Shannon Dion, CPA, CA
Partner
Born and raised in
Fredericton, Shannon graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 1999
with a BBA and achieved her CA designation in 2002. Shannon joined the firm in
2012 after working with the provincial government for 2 years. Prior to that,
she worked at a national firm for 10 years.
Shannon works in the assurance and business advisory side of the business and
takes pride in assisting clients with their various needs in all aspects of
their business. Shannon has a wide range of experience with various types of
clients including owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organizations.
Shannon is the treasurer of the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce and Coach
NB. Having spent 10 years on the board of the Harvest Jazz & Blues
festival in Fredericton, Shannon holds the title of Director Emeritus for the
organization. Shannon spends her free time playing volleyball or running her
little guy Oliver around with her husband David.

Shannon Gorman, CPA, CA
Senior Manager
Shannon graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2008 (Honours in Accounting), and joined Bringloe Feeney fresh out of university in 2008. She obtained her CA designation in 2011.
Shannon is married and has two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, camping and spending time at her family cottage on the Mactaquac headpond.

STAFF ACCOUNTANTOriginally from Brazil, Alvaro moved to Fredericton in fall of 2017 and graduated from UNB in 2022 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with concentrations in accounting and finance. He started working at Bringloe Feeney in 2020 as a co-op student and is very excited to finally be a full-time team member. Alvaro is now working toward his goal of obtaining his CPA designation. Outside of the office, Alvaro is probably practicing some music or throwing a football around.

Katie Clarke, CPA
Senior Accountant
Katie joined Bringloe Feeney in 2020 after graduating from the University of New Brunswick with an Honours in Accounting. She has successfully completed the CPA courses and final exam, gaining more work experience before she can receive her full designation. Katie is always looking for new opportunities to be involved in the community.
Outside of the office, Katie is usually found outside hiking and swimming in the summer and fall with her Bernedoodle, River and downhill skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.

Office Manager
Tina started with the firm in January 1998, after working in the non-profit sector. As Office Manager Tina keeps the business running smoothly and especially enjoys interacting with all our clients and community partners.
Tina is married with two children, and resides in Fredericton, NB. In her spare time she enjoys reading, quilting and cooking.

Vicki Haley
AdministratorVicki
started with the firm in October 2021 after working over 25 years in the
administrative field. Vicki’s favorite part of the job is getting to know the
clients and her new co-workers.
Vicki is
married, with 2 children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her
family and friends at her home at Yoho Lake, playing 45s, walking her dog Buddy
and when the world opens up again, she very much looks forward to travelling
and attending some concerts.

Jennifer Merrithew
Accounting Technician
Jennifer recently joined the firm in August 2022. She brings with her over 30 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience in many business sectors.
Jennifer is from Fredericton and is married with 2 children. She enjoys being at her camper at Grand Lake in the summer, playing games with her family and relaxing with a good book. She likes listening to music and attending concerts.

Liudmyla Kibenko
Accounting Technician
Originally from Ukraine, Liudmyla moved to Fredericton in summer of 2022.
She has Baccalaureate in Entrepreneurship & Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Post Graduate Diploma as a Specialist in Finance. Liudmyla has more than 8 years’ experience as an accountant in Ukraine. She is married and has a son. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, biking and spending time with her son. She started working at Bringloe Feeney in August 2022.

Rahul Kansal
Accounting Technician
Rahul is from India, and he joined the firm in November 2022. He is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and is pursuing Master of Business Administration at University of New Brunswick. Before joining the firm, he worked at Ratan Kumar Agarwal (a private accounting firm in India) and at BSR & Co. LLP (a member firm of KPMG India). He has over 9 years of work experience in audit, accounting, and control testing.
When he is not eye-gazing at numbers on his screen, he loves to cook, play badminton and table tennis, practice some yoga, make vlogs, watch mind-bending movies and practice some theatre scenes to explore his creative side.

Elliot Estey
Accounting Technician
Elliot graduated from Atlantic Business College with honours in Accounting Management. He has worked in various private and public companies in New Brunswick for over 7 combined years before joining the Bringloe Feeney team in November 2022. He enjoys sports, video games, and cards in his spare time.
